Rich Taylor Designs Company Policy

1. Website Hosting & Overdue Invoices

If you are hosting a website with Rich Taylor Designs and your invoice remains unpaid, your website will be temporarily taken offline 7 days after the payment due date. The website will remain offline until the outstanding invoice, including any applicable late fees, is paid in full. Once full payment is received, your website will be reactivated.

2. Late Fees

Any overdue invoice will incur a late fee of $5.00 per day, beginning 7 days after the payment due date. This fee will increase daily by $5.00 until the invoice is paid in full, including all accrued late fees. No exceptions will be made.

3. Payment Arrangements

If a non-standard payment arrangement is in place and an invoice becomes overdue, Rich Taylor Designs reserves the right to revoke the arrangement and enforce its standard payment policy. This policy requires:

• A deposit before any new project begins.
• The remaining balance paid in full before final design delivery.


Once a consistent payment history is established, Rich Taylor Designs may consider offering a 14-day grace period for payment after design delivery.

This policy is designed to ensure fairness and maintain the quality of service for all clients.
